Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) publishes an official Certified Corner Record form (Form 10050). Surveyors file corner evidence per the Board's Standards of Practice (F.A.C. 5J-17). Florida's LABINS database provides public access to filed corner records.
Filing Requirements
Public-land corner ties and accessories are documented on the FDACS Certified Corner Record form (Form 10050) to the Standards of Practice. The completed form is filed with the appropriate county authority. Filed records appear in the LABINS database.
