Oklahoma land surveyors must file a Certified Corner Record (CCR) with the Oklahoma Department of Libraries for every public land survey corner established, reestablished, or restored. The blank CCR form is included in the official Board Instruction Manual (August 2022 edition). A $5 filing fee applies per record.

A Certified Corner Record is completed and filed with the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a $5 filing fee per corner. Records are maintained in the statewide archive and accessible online.
